The sealed utopia contains most of the population who are all given a legalised drug that supresses all emotion. Anything that encourages feelings such as poetry or art or anyone caught openly expressing emotion is hunted down and destroyed.

This job falls to the Grammaton Clerics. The most stone cold, emotionless and methodical authority that are leathal with firearms to the point where no matter what the odds, only they will walk out of a firefight alive.
